My Favorites • Altered books • Model Magic • Art Paste (papiermache’ and collage) • Watercolor Pencils • Collage: real collage, not just cut and paste • A big fat sketchbook and a pencil; oh, the possibilities • By the way: 80lb means something.
Just a thought or two • No matter what art project you attempt to incorporate, remember the kids will love it because they are creative beings and are starved for creative outlets. • Plan for more mess and more time than you think. • Sometimes the best art comes from the worst “mistakes”. • Make an example yourself before you tackle a project with a room full of kids. This is the best way to know how to explain the process and to expect any quirks. • I will help you any way I can; send me an Email if you have any questions or need help in any way.
