  7. CONGENITAL CLUBFOOTAdvantages of KAFO • Helps to keep the foot and heel in the corrected position. • Provides rotational control of the foot through sub-taller joint. • Maintains the heel cord in a relaxed position. • Allows some active motion in the knee, limiting full extension.
