GENERAL MAP CONCEPTS • District boundaries extend to centerline of streets and other boundary features as of June 24, 2010 • Map to be adjusted to reflect property lines, as districts follow property lines in effect as of June 24, 2010 • Six exceptions where parcels have split districts to create a better development patern • Long narrow properties such as railroad property along a rail line will be treated in the same manor as boundary features

  3. PROPERTY LINE ADJUSTMENTS • MINOR ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE TO CONFORM TO PROPERTY BOUNDARIES • DISTRICT ALONG PRIMARY FRONTAGE WAS EXTENDED TO REAR LINES • ACTUAL USE OF PROPERTY WAS EVALUTED TO SEE IF AN EXCEPTION IS WARRANTED AS IS RECOMMENDED
