What the system does as a whole? • Creating new product price • Updating product price if there’s some changes occur • Creating and Printing overall price report (proof list) • Creating and printing gum tag and shelf tag for the selling department • To minimize problems encountered by the existing system • Provides user account security • Synchronize the product details from store inventory, point of sale, data maintenance and lastly to the proposed system. • Sending notification reminder to the Store Inventory Control and Point of Sale the updated changes in the pricing details. • Sending all the transactions in the Data Maintenance for back up and retrieval of reports.

Major difference from other similar systems • The proposed system can send an email reminder through G-mail account to the Store Inventory and Point of Sale that there are some changes occur in the price of the product. • The proposed system can also send an attachment report to the Data Maintenance for back-up and recovery of reports. • The proposed system can also received an email from the Point of Sale and Store Inventory Control if there’s some problem in the price of the product that need to update.
