  12. 4060 ManagementTechniques • Receipt of 4060Have ALOs change the number of years they have been an ALO block on the 4060 and save it. • Benefit: You know the ALO received the 4060 because the 4060 will show as “in work.” • Late 4060If the 4060 is going to be late, have ALOs type in the reason and the expected completion date in the first text block of the 4060 and save it. Remove the comment prior to submitting. • Benefit: That will save you and USAFA some phone calls and emails to find out about the late 4060
