Writing Revision Steps High Challenge (3): use what you have learnt to complete a mock writing question. In order to succeed, each week you must complete a combination of ‘Romeo and Juliet,’ ‘Of Mice and Men’ and Writing revision tasks worth a minimum of 6 points. High Challenge (3): improve your mock answer by adding more devices, sentence starters/types and, check your punctuation, spelling, use of text types conventions etc. C/B Grade Mid Challenge (2): learn the essay model, recipes and sentence starters for either the review or general (argue, persuade, discuss, inform, explain). Mid Challenge (2): using a planning template of your choice, plan your answer to one of the writing questions. Low Challenge (1): learn all of the devices, definitions and examples for a revision hand of your choice (review, argue, persuade, discuss, explain, inform, etc). Low Challenge (1): learn how to set your work out as different non fiction text types: blog, letter, article, e-mail, etc.

Low Challenge (1): learn the character adjectives and explain for an act 2 character of your choice.
