The main tasks: 1) To assist the Members of Regional Association VI 2) To provide secretarial support to the sessions of the Regional Association VI3) To assist the RA VI president, the Management Group and other subsidiary bodies4) To act as interface between the Members and the WMO Departments and Programmes5) To advise Members on implementation and policy matters6) To represent WMO at meetings and activities of other relevant regional organizations 7) To support resource mobilization activities, including the development and execution of capacity building projects

  6. Available E-tools WMO • Web page: www.wmo.int/eur, • Google drive: includes unlimited storage for files, folders, backups and everything important. Accounts with fewer than 5 users get 1TB of storage/user. • Google hangout: Provides a one-on-one conversation or a group chat or video calls with the whole team; It also enables the exchange of photos, GIFs and maps; 3

Available E-tools WMO • Moodle: Moodle is a highly flexible learning platform with complete, customisable and secure learning management features to create a private website for e-learning. • etc. • SurveyMonkey: Create and publish online surveys in minutes, and view results graphically and in real time. SurveyMonkey provides free online questionnaire and surveys. 3
