AUIRS20302S 3-Phase Gate Drive IC AUTOMOTIVE HOME PAGE The automotive qualified AURS20302S three-phase gate driver IC is designed for 12V, 24V and 48V vehicle applications including high-voltage air conditioner compressors, pumps, BLDC motor drives up to 600W and high-voltage motor drives. DATASHEET PRESS RELEASE • Advantages • The AUIRS20302S targets 12V, 24V and 48V boardnet automotive, and platforms operating at voltages up to 200V maximum. The new device features an external pre-regulator to generate its own supply voltage to ensure that the gate drives do not exceed 17V even during load dump conditions.
