5. How does the Safety coordination operate during a Shut Down period? • All work, tests, interventions, must be: • Planned: Intervention Scheduling (NO access) • Covered by an (ADI / AET) signed by EN/MEF. • Prepared with procedure and fiche de tache • Authorized including, AET, VIC, ALARA, DIMR, consignations, hot work permit, IS 37 etc. • All documentation respected. • Lack of rigor and discipline will result in incidents and accidents at the worst, but will also cost us time and money.
