  2. Biography • Aris Aneshansley, owner of Just Lovely Events is an Arizona native currently residing in Colorado Springs. She is married and has a baby boy at home. After a career in customer service she realized she wanted to follow her dream to turn her hobby into a business; she earned her wedding planner certification from the Wedding Planning Institute in the fall of 2013. In her spare time, Aris likes to read, bake and go hiking. It was through her own experience that she saw the need for every bride to have a wedding coordinator. She is committed to working with every bride to ensure that her big day is successful and memorable. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail, and personal touches make her events extraordinary.

  3. The Grand Opening!

  4. Anticipation • Invitations were created and sent via Evite. • A Facebook announcement was made to create buzz. Flyers and programs were also created for the event. • For obvious reasons among the guests attending will be recently engaged couples. New vendors will also be invited to establish rapport. • The Grand Opening ceremony will include door prizes, vendor giveaways, cake tastings, music, games, and the ultimate prize will be a free wedding giveaway provided by Just Lovely Events.

  6. Arrival • The Grand Opening Ceremony will take place in Colorado Springs at the Garden of the Gods Club. • The event will take place in the Sunrise room and terrace. • Guests will be greeted and handed a program with event information.

  7. Atmosphere • Guests will enjoy the beautiful backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and Red Rocks from the Garden of the Gods park. • The theme for the ceremony is contemporary and celebration. All flowers and décor will be provided by Five Star Décor. • Vendors were able to donate their time for the event. Prizes and giveaways will be offered to a few lucky couples.

  8. Appetite • Guests will enjoy a lovely lunch buffet provided by the Garden of the Gods Club. • There will be a host bar and during the toast sparkling wine will be available. • Sugar Plum Cake Shop will provide a delicious three tiered cake for dessert. • Sugar Plum Cake shop will also offer cake tastings.

  9. Amusement • Music will be provided by Celebrity DJ. • Just Lovely events will award one amazing couple a free wedding giveaway. • Bridal shower games will be available for couples to participate in or to serve as inspiration.

  10. Appreciation • Aris Aneshansley, the owner of Just Lovely Events will make a speech on her journey and will thank everybody for coming out to the Grand Opening Celebration. • A toast will take place. • Guests will receive a gift bag with personal favors created by Just Lovely events. The gift bags will include vendor information. There will be business cards, brochures, and referral cards from Just Lovely Events. • Just Lovely events will send hand written thank you cards to all guests that attended the event.
