  5. Review Your Action Items Your Action Item choicesdepend on your status.

  6. Review Your Recert Requirements Click on Recert…(enter information).

  7. CEU Summary Page SUMMARY Details are below.

  8. Basic Requirements

  9. Enter CEUs

  10. Select the CEU type(Example is an In-Person Session)

  11. Enter CEU details Enter Start Date Enter End Date Confirm Activity Type Enter details Enter Event ID, if provided Enter # hours When you are done, click SUBMIT button.
