AZBio’s MISSION The Arizona BioIndustry Association (AZBio), the recognized statewide bioindustry trade association, seeks to unify, empower and advance its member organizations, allowing them to benefit individually by acting collectively. AZBio strives to enhance the environment that makes Arizona a place where bioscience companies can grow and succeed.

  2. What is a Bioscience Company? A bioscience company is biology-driven, and its activity substantially involves research, development or manufacture of 1. biologically active molecules, 2. devices that employ or affect biological processes, 3. biological information resources or 4. software designed specifically for biological applications. This category also includes consulting firms offering specialized bioscience expertise, e.g., regulatory affairs or GLP/GMP
