  15. Shangluo Plant was built on Dec., 2008, and the area is around 270,000 sq. m2. BYD Shangluo factory produced solar wafer and cell. There are around 6,000 employees in the plant BYD Shangluo Phase 1: 100MW/year capacity. BYD Shangluo Phase 2: 400MW/year capacity. BYD Shangluo Phase 3: 500MW/year capacity.
