  6. 2011 Kenny Chesney Concert Tour BACKGROUND • Kenny Chesney will return to the concert tour circuit and perform over 50 concerts March-August 2011. A new element for 2011 will be the inclusion of a comprehensive retail promotion to leverage this sponsorship and drive sales at retail. The team of AbiJack Management will continue to oversee all tour logistics and be present at all shows. • A key success measure of this sponsorship is to provide a minimum ROI equal to the cost of the Sponsorship based on values assigned to the various elements. These Sponsorship elements include media/PR, event metrics (impressions for signage, digital, media, etc.) and sales. OBJECTIVE • Support Brand and Field Sales to increase Corona Extra (CX) brand awareness and purchase occasions among the target consumer. STRATEGIES • The Kenny Chesney concert series will be a 50/50 program to build brand equity and sell beer among the target audience of men; 25-34. • Use the sponsorship to gain on-site venue sampling/sales for CX/CL packages. • Use the Sponsorship to leverage support and gain off-premise display activity and • on-premise promotions. • Take advantage of the all media associated with the tour to increase brand awareness and enhance the brand image. FUNDING EXPECTIATIONS • Sponsorships – Agency contract/fee, agency management fee, on-site materials/activation • Field – Concert tickets, retail activation; display enhancers, POS template graphics, on-premise promotions

Tickets for purchase A Ticket order form including the listing of concert dates/locations and venues will be sent via email by the Sponsorship Department to Field Sales and Wholesalers once the on-sales date is announced by the tour. Ticket orders will be submitted to Jen Palmer of AbiJack Management. Concerts held in NFL Stadiums are scheduled to be announced September/October with tickets going on-sale in November. All other concerts are scheduled to be announced in January/February. Tickets go on sale immediately following the announcement. Wholesalers/ Field Sales will be responsible to purchase tickets and utilize for their key customers to drive sales. Tickets needed to fulfill local Retail Promotion initiatives' must be purchased by Field (more information is provided in the Retail Promotion section).   9. In order to capitalize on our beer selling opportunities for each show, the following process must be adhered. Field Sales or Wholesalers should not contact venues until advancing is complete by AbiJack Management.Advancing takes place approximately four weeks prior to the show. As part of specific venue advancing, AbiJack notifies the venue that Corona is the primary tour sponsor, requests that the venue carry Corona and Corona Light, and will further discuss opportunities for cups, hawkers and placement of the portable bars. AbiJack Management will notify respective MDM’s once advancing is complete. Once notified by AbiJack that advancing is complete, Field Sales and/or the wholesaler may then initiate venue contact regarding show sales. If requested, Matt Borgard,National Account Manager Venues can assist with concessionaire negotiations regarding sales opportunities (package mix, etc.) after the advance by AbiJack. Outside of working with the venues on opportunities for portable bars, AbiJack is not responsible for any specifics regarding beer sales at concerts. Crown Field Sales and the wholesaler in each market are ultimately responsible for working with each venue to maximize all sales opportunities, including distribution at permanent concession stands and appropriate stock levels. The tour bus wrap will incorporate Kenny Chesney and Corona graphics for a moving billboard effect traveling across highways to over 50 markets in the U.S. The bus is used to transport AbiJack Management and on-site team. A (New) element for 2011 is to park the tour bus in front of venues (in markets where possible) prior to concerts for consumer engagement opportunities. Some of the activities may include having consumers take pictures with the bus as a backdrop, live broadcasts by NO SHOES RADIO (select shows only) and as a platform for consumer giveaways/prizes.   11. An array of new signage will provide Corona advertising; on-stage speaker scrims, banners in seating area and above the stage video screens. * Signage locations subject to each venue’s rules. A video of Corona-branded advertising will run on stage video screens between acts, and a “relax responsibly” message will air twice at each concert. Portable Bars and Hawkers Number of units for 2011 tour Portable bars: No less than twenty-four (24). Actual quantity TBD Hawkers: Fifty (50) Units are transported and managed by AbiJack. Crown Field Sales: Please work with your wholesaler and the AbiJack team to insure that the venue’s concessionaire is fully utilizing all hawkers and that all portable bars are fully stocked throughout the concert. * Signage locations subject to each venue’s rules. Tickets Concert Advancing Tour Bus Venue Support Hospitality Concert Venue Signage Cups • The Crown Sponsorship team will provide cups for each show. • Sizes: 16oz and 32oz – Mix quantities to be determined by packages carried and size of venue.

  12. (New) Corona/Kenny Chesney VIP Backstage Experience This is an opportunity to provide VIP’s (key accounts/wholesalers) the ultimate Corona/Kenny Chesney VIP Backstage Experience. A total of ten (10)VIP Backstage Experiences will be available for each show. The purpose of providing this experience, is to drive sales with key accounts or wholesalers that will assist in increasing business The VIP Backstage Experience will be allocated as follows: BU’s receive (6) VIP packages (2 people per package) = 12 guests per show NA Off-premise receive (2) VIP packages (2 people per package) = 4 guests per show NA On- premise receive (2) VIP packages (2 people per package) = 4 guests per show The VIP package will include the following: Tickets (comps) or Sandbars (Standing room only in front of stage -NFL stadiums and arena concerts only!) to the show. A backstage happy hour at the Corona Tour Bus one hour prior to the Meet & Greet to enjoy a Corona and wings (provided by Hooters). A Meet & Greet with Kenny at the Corona Tour Bus that includes a group photo. Photos will be emailed to VIP’s. A commemorative Corona/Kenny Chesney autographed photo frame to display their photo. The Field Marketing Director will coordinate names with MDM’s/NAM’s and submit to the BU VP for approval. The National Account requests must be provided to FMD’s by Jimmy Hannon and John Utter. If the NA teams cannot utilize the VIP packages, they must be returned back to the BU. AbiJack will need names for Corona/Kenny Chesney VIP Backstage Experience no later than 1 week prior to the show date.This is a hard deadline. Names received after the deadline will not be honored.   14. Beer for the Artist Crown will provide beer for Kenny, his band, and his guests for each concert. In order to minimize the number of delivery points, beer will be dropped off at strategic locations during the course of the tour. The Sponsorship Team will issue communication on delivery dates and details to all of Field Sales. Wholesaler should invoice Crown for product at laid-in cost.   15. Radio Trade-for-Mention Program Tour promoter will provide tickets to top country station in each market for consumer on-air giveaways. (Quantity determined by promoter.) Stations will be requested to mention Corona in all on-air giveaway mentions. Beer for Band Media Support Retail Promotion Roles & Responsibilities Local Newspaper Ads • Ads will run in the entertainment section of the primary local newspaper prior to ticket on-sale date and will feature Corona as presenting sponsor. Press Releases • A number of releases will be issued throughout the course of the year to the press for 2011, including: • Announcement of the tour dates • Corona will be highlighted as Kenny’s primary sponsor in all press releases. • Field Sales and wholesalers will receive correspondence regarding all releases.
