  7. Resources/Services • Homeless Coordinator • Provides transportation to the schools • Assists with filling out registration form and enrolling your child(ren) in school • Provides you with principal’s contact information and other school personnel contact information

  8. Resources/Services • School • Provides school supplies and clothing • Pays for field trips • Offers Free breakfast and lunch

  9. Resources/Services • Offers After-School Tutoring • Offers Summer School Program

  10. Parental Involvement • Join Parent/Teacher Organization • Chaperone Field Trips • Volunteer in the school/classrooms

  11. Parental Involvement • Ensure your child(ren) complete homework, read daily, and study • Keep in contact with your child(ren)’s teachers • Keep the school informed of address, phone number, or circumstance changes

  12. Parental Involvement • Access your child(ren)’s grade • Make sure your child(ren) attend school daily • Administer prescribed medication to your child(ren) as recommended by the doctor and/or provide authorization for school nurse to administer
