  2. Most of the people when listening about freediving wonder how long and deep a freediver can go. It is the activity of swimming underwater on a single breath. Freediving has become a mainstream idea for people. They trying this amazing adventure sport every day.

  3. Freediving Equipment Mask :- A low volume freediving mask is recommended. Fins :– Long Blade Freediving Fins or Snorkeling fins. Snorkel :–A simple J-tube snorkel will be best. Wetsuit :–A 3mm is suitable year-round in Florida. Open cell is preferable. A 1mm suit is the minimum requirement. Weights :–Small weights (1-2 lbs) are better to adjust your buoyancy and creates less drag. Coated weights are recommended, but uncoated weights are permitted as well.

  4. Freediving Courses Level 1 Course :-This course is ideal for scuba divers, recreational freedivers, and beginners wishing to master the freediving techniques. The maximum breath-hold for the course is 3 minutes. Please keep in mind these times are very general guidelines. Level 2 Course :-The Level 2 Course is three days and perfect for spearfishermen and freedivers who have already completed the Level 1 Course. During this course, we introduce you to your natural inborn aquatic abilities and instruct you on the specific techniques to unlock

  5. Ocean Session :- We highly recommend this course not only to those just keeping their skills fresh but to those who are interested in taking the Level 2 Coursebefore jumping into the class. This is also the registration for students that need to make up their ocean to complete their certification. Spearfishing :-Spearfishing Course is a 1-day classroom and confined water course with an optional spearfishing charter the following day. Whether you are a seasoned underwater hunter or just getting into the sport, you will leave this course with the skills necessary to be a more successful, safe, observant and ethically-sound hunter.
