Our understanding of current proposal Lighter 2nd worst [class] is selected, if more than 3 classes. Not clarified selection within a class. (Mfr may use lighter one.) If mass production tyre is classified to heavier class, re-test is required with the 2nd worst [class] if more than 3 classes. Heavier Specification change at Mass Production
