Maiden Lake – Thu, August 14 • Temp 70º, calm wind, 90 minutes on water • We saw several loons; Maiden Lake had baby loons this year. • Because Erv and Donna are residents of the lake, they gave us a tour, pointing out the springs, and naming all the coves. • Donna co-wrote a book on the history of Maiden Lake this year with two friends. • We went to the home of Erv and Donna for supper.
