Work Building a Network Map
Work Building a Network Map – Small Group Work If we currently do all of these strategies, will we reach our goals? What resources (programs, partnerships, initiatives) currently support these strategies? What resources are missing?
Work Building a Network Map – Small Group Work
Work Building a Network Map – What’s missing? • During the last discussion, we identified several missing resources without which we cannot meet our goals. • Given our “missing” resources, what mutually reinforcing activities can each sector agree to (education, economic development, and workforce) that would be supportive of the common goal? • Work in sector-specific groups for 20 mins; then return for large group discussion.
Work Action Planning – Focus Areas • Our action questions will address what specifically needs to be solved, researched, brainstormed, defined, created, or promoted by the team. • They will also help us identify one or two specific actions that the team can work on together.
