Course objective • To obtain a insight o management and its concepts , process history and evolution . • To give an insight to the healthcare professional of the importance of management in healthcare service delivery with a view to deliver effective and efficient patient care. • To improve the management skills of the healthcare personnel with a view to upgrade the knowledge of his or her future management responsibilities.
