One of them is – Salad. • Toss moong sprouts in little bit of olive oil and microwave for about 1-2 minutes in a little bit of water just about to soak the moong. Now add carrot, capsicum, green chilly and salt and mix it well. • Add water & Eno and stir the mixture. Leave it aside for 5 minutes. • Preheat Appam maker on gas for 3mins and brush it with oil. www.foodstalking.com Recipes
