SERVICE DESCRIPTION: • The services I will provide are as follows – • The expertise which I have gained through working in Design Consultancy, Electronics Industry, Industrial Valve Company, HVAC Industry also have good understanding and experience of production and fabrication technologies. • Expert working knowledge in Machining, Sheet metal, Plastic Injection molding, Structural Work, Welding, • GD & T. • Expert in using Solidworks, Autodesk Inventor, Pro-E software for 3D modeling, Sheet metal, Surfacing 2D drafting and motion simulation & rendering work. • Good communicator in English. • Dedicated 3.1 mbps internet connection. • I will cooperate and coordinate through skype through out the CAD process. • I have extensive experience in producing quality & accurate manufacturing drawing with part list and standard part. • I have worked in projects like belt conveyor for material handling industry, washing & blowing devices for food processing industry, railway wash cabin for high speed railway system, Cool Sorption Plant Structure with Piping, indoor and outdoor telecom rack for telecom industry, Industrial valve design e,g concentric, double eccentric, triple eccentric type, Air Handling Units and PF fan for HVAC industry. These experience can be used in your project. • Able to work with minimal supervision and provide daily reports. • Willing to work for future product and requirement. • Able to handle client query & provide 40+ HRS/WK. • Round the clock (24x7) support for CAD works • Attached are some examples of my work on next page.

Steps using for product development in CAD: • Analyzing & understanding the project work input data. • Preparing GA drawing for sales & marketing purpose. • Preparing detail 3D model of product, equipment, structure, assembly & producing 2D drawing with specifying proper joining process like welding, nut-bolting, riveting in Solidworks. • Bill of material with standard items & purchased items. • Updating & modifying CAD files as required. • Proper CAD, 3D modeling & 2D drawing standards are followed for work like ANSI, DIN, ISO drafting standard, part & file number convention etc. to avoid future problems & struggle. • CAD file data base maintain & management.
