The Social Integration Enterprise offers: • Qualification of temporary employees in cooking and service activities • Restaurant • Delivery of meals • Party service • Domestic services • Staff 2005 • 22 temporary employees (women) • 9 professional staff
Steps of action during the temporary employment phase • Selection and start of employment • Probationary month • Formulating professional and personal goals • Professional training and qualification • Assistance in solving personal problems • Practical experience in private sector companies • Actively seeking a job on the regular labour market • Leaving the social integration enterprise • Follow up
