  1. 112 Debate Practice • You will be given a topic on the next slide and you will have 3 minutes to write your argument. Although you may not agree with the side of the argument for which you must argue, you need to develop the skill of supporting any side of an argument. This skill is essential to being a good debater. You need to predict what your opponents will say. You will be receiving a speaking/listening mark for your presentation
