  3. What is Civil Service Bureau? The mission of the Civil Service Bureau is to ensure an effective and transparent public management in Georgia. In Georgia, Civil Service Bureau operates from 2004. From 2009 Civil Service Bureau obtained the function of handling asset declarations of high officials. Currently Bureau is an advisory body to the President of Georgia THE MISSION

The Unified System of E-Document-flow • E-document-flow system is developed to improve effectiveness of management. • The Program enables effective storage and search of information, prompt registration of documents, their submission to head officials and transfer to appropriate units. • After being scanned, document is placed in database and submitted to its destination electronically.
