FD’s experience in Ukraine since 2005 • Adviser to dairy products manufacturer Ukrproduct on AIM listing, the first Ukrainian IPO in London, raising £6m, in Feb 2005. • Adviser to London-listed real estate developer XXI Century on website development to enhance investor relations, 2006. • Adviser to Commerzbank on $600m acquisition of 60% stake in leading privately held Ukrainian lender Bank Forum, Sept 2007. • Adviser to Russian oil & gas producer Tatneft on dispute with Ukrtatnafta regarding Kremenchug refinery, 2007. • Adviser to NYSE-listed telco Vimpelcom on $5bn offer for Kyivstar, Feb 2006. (Retained adviser to Vimpelcom since 2005) • Retained adviser to privately held steel pipe producer Interpipe on financial and corporate communications. • Adviser to market leading agro-industrial group Myronivsky Hleboproduct (MHP) on London GDR issue, raising $371m, May 2008, and retained thereafter. • Retained adviser to Ukraine’s leading private sector coal and electricity generator, DTEK, part of SCM Group, on financial and corporate communications.
