  8. Subventions *Preparatory Cost: 2-month ASWO equivalent prior to the target operation date

  9. Implementation Schedule

  10. Submission of Proposals • Deadline 30 April 2005 (noon) • Pages Limit 60 pages (A4; font size 12) • Nos. of Copies 5 hard copies and 1 soft copy • Accept one proposal from each NGO only for either one of the two projects; submission for both projects will not be considered.

  11. Sighting of Layout Plans • Available at SWD office (Rm. 3005, 30/F, Wu Chung House) • Appointment required (call Mr. C.W. KO at 2116 3544)
