  7. Subventions Recurrent • $7.98 Mn p.a. Capital (LF) (max.) • Fitting Out: $9,243,200 • F&E: $1,357,200 Prep Cost • 2-month ASWO equivalent prior to the target operation date

  9. Submission of Proposals • Deadline 5 July 2006 (5:00 p.m. sharp) NO LATE SUBMISSION is accepted • Pages Limit 60 pages (A4; font size 13) including appendices • Nos. of Copies 6 hard copies and 1 soft copy • Accept one proposal only from each interested NGO
