Middle School Career Specialist • Role in the IGP • Review your career specialist work with your supervising school counselor to ensure that students have completed preliminary career development prior to the IGP • conferences

Middle School Career Specialist Role in the IGP • Consider what role you can assume prior to the time in which the student and parents/guardians/legal designees meet with your school counselors (meet and greet, Q’s and A’s, review of career planner, group welcome, etc.)
