SIS Project Background • Collaboration with UTFAB began in 2004 • Hardware, Software and Staffing for the SIS • SIS = RAMweb, ARIESweb, FAMweb, RAM Mobile, Banner and more systems • SIS Serves: • Academic Departments, Administrative Departments, • Students, Applicants, Alumni, UG, GR, Professional, Continuing Education • Faculty, advisors, staff

Transfer Credit Evaluation / EDX update • 17,468 transcripts in 2017-18 AY, - approx. 1/5 from CO institutions • Current process, - Manual data entry, up to 30 business day turn around • Opportunity: EDX, electronic data exchange • 2 business day turn around when transcript received in EDX format • Decreased errors • Contract signed effective 5/1/19 for Importer tool to load XML file • Statewide initiative/Partnership with: • Colorado Department of Higher Education • Community College System • CU System, UNC, School of Mines

Qingdao University • A Potential Partnership with Qingdao University, China • 3,000 to 5,000 students • 15 to 20 Majors, with courses taught in English • Up to 200 faculty members • Several research centers • Curricular approvals through Faculty Council • Program Approvals by the Chinese Ministry of Education • Revenue share with colleges and departments
