Also the future generation is promising to give higher returns on investment.

  2. The next generation managed services are beneficial to the SPs as they can integrate the ideas into the existing systems which can result in better performance generating revenues. The SPs are able to provide better services to the consumers with such collaboration which includes web cam video, instant messages and content sharing. SPs normally take time to deliver such high quality services as the whole process is time consuming implementation process. But the involvement of third party next generation provides benefits such as it reduced the time to market and increases the cash flow. With innovative services, Service upgrade has lesser impact on business environment with less changes in IT system. As the stability hits the floor the security provides low risk form the existing environment.
