MTF Priority Actions Planning by 2010 and construction by 2014: • Rail extensions: South Morang, Mernda, Whittlesea; Epping North; Cranbourne East; • Electrification to Sunbury Planning by 2014 with construction by 2018: • Baccus Marsh duplication and electrification • Doncaster rail; • Rowville rail.
