3. American HealthTech • A large complex system designed to share information with all caregivers in the facility. • Has 14 system specific modules with different functions depending on the user. • Modules are interconnected to each other sharing information about a large number of patients.

Advanced MD • Is and EHR, Clinical and Medical billing software. • Improves patient care and practice profitability • Provides unique, customized templates to meet office specific needs. • Is a web-based program designed to effectively meet the requirements of most medical offices. • Provides automatic and free updates as well as hourly Data back up.

AthenaNet • This program is used by many healthcare agencies to provide services to their patients from registration to depositing payments directly to the agencies' bank accounts. • Athena is a live program. It can be logged in from any computer at any time on the website. • Very easy to use and navigate.

12. All 3 systems have similar login formats, main screens are color coded for easy navigation. Systems all provide e-learning and webinars for effective care coordination and profitable operation. They also manage and track insurance eligibility, however 2 of the offices are private practices and the other a residential facility which functions as part of a group practice, the billing and payment processes are different.

16. There are no copayments to track because all residents are in the building are there for short or long term care. The system automatically tracks available Medicare days.

PowerPoint Collaboration Cynthia Mckinney Ingrid Barrow Karla Jorgensen Cynthia initiated the PowerPoint, she created the slides and inputted her information and some of mine(Ingrid), I then went ahead and made adjustments by making my part more detailed and making a few changes. Then Karla went ahead and placed her slides on the bottom of the PowerPoint and emailed it back to me, I went in and placed Karla’s slides in the correct order and made necessary changes to include 3 systems instead of the two from the original PowerPoint.
