  4. Naming bacteria • Every bacteria consists of two names • Genus and species • Staphylococcus Aureus • Staphylococcus-genus • Aureus- species • Species is more specific

  5. Growing bacteria • The medium is the augar in the petri dishes • Then we put it in an incubator to keep it warm 37 degrees • Bacteria needs to be warm and wet

  12. Prions • Not alive • Little chunks of protein that makes you sick Prevention • Don’t eat brains • Never eat the brains that eat something else
