Aims of session To start you off on the journey towards being a successful student by: • Signposting resources and facilities available at Anglia Ruskin to aid student success • Reinforcing your awareness of important initial tasks which will set you up for successful study • Encouraging you to think about organising yourself for study at an early stage • Encouraging you to find out what to expect and what is expected of you.

Essential things to achieve in welcome week • Make sure you have your student welcome pack (pen, key fob and QR codes) • Have you registered (instructions for home and international students) • Login and try your University email and E vision accounts • If you are likely to have a student loan, look at E vision to find your Attendance Task • Get your timetables (Faculty & welcome week) • Don't forget your social network development. • Find out about : Your Personal Tutor & Your Faculty Student Adviser
