Migration Policy:Integration and Development • ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT Objectives: • To promote, regulate, orient and organize migration flows in order to ensure their contribution to the economic development of the Costa Rican society. • To promote the investment in Costa Rica by Costa Rican nationals living abroad. Strategy: • Inter-institutional coordination to facilitate the implementation of free trade agreements signed by Costa Rica.
