The Driftless Region Food & Farm Project aims to bridge the gap between farmers and consumers in the region. We provide support and resources to farmers in scaling up production and accessing markets while educating them on developing micro-packing houses and pick-up points. Our goal is to link farmers with buyers, such as grocery stores, foodservice distributors, schools, and restaurants, to maximize the return for the goods they produce.
