Wiki Book Topics • You will choose your page, and then • Monitor your page • Organize the content and writing • Delete inaccurate or inappropriate content • Add external links to web pages related to the content • Cite sources • Add links to other Wiki pages as necessary • Format your page (for consistency in design)

Wiki Book Suggestions • Each page has brief description and some questions to guide your work • You may include: • Summaries of what you read • Connections between your reading/research and your personal experiences • Questions about your reading/research • You are expected to contribute to all pages at one time or another (not just yours)

  9. Wiki Book Bibliography • Expectation for TWO annotations per week. • Follow the APA form used in examples • Include anything else you have cited in the pages during the week

Next Week… Have Assignment 2 below completed by 2nd chat next Monday night (July 18).Deadline is Sunday, July 17, midnight. • (In Wiki) Add the URL to your website next to your name • Find and Evaluate 2 or more websites that you can use as links on your website • Add APA citation and a short annotation for these sites on pbwiki Bibliography (in your color) • Work with your school IT or ISP provider to begin writing a Home Page on your site (post the URL on the wiki page) • Add your research page next to your name • Begin to research your page and add information to your page in the wiki (CITE!) • As you run across information for someone else's page, add that as well (CITE!)
