  2. Joby Can you please give a time line for completion of the activities below. I have some slide attached with notes and reminders from today. The other details is in the slide I have already sent to you. If you need any thing please let me know. • Prioritisation • Make the resource Free • Add size capability to the website [ See Next Slide] • Move image to left hand side and “add to cart” to the right [ see sample slide 4] 4. High resolution Images & revamp layout for shop as discussed today. 5. Set up payment method for banner ads Please also see some notes re VAT & shipping from today.

Need the capability to set up variables on the website so customers can make their selection: For Example: • different sizes, • different Flavours for sports nutritional products, • different weights for kettlebell products. • Different length foam roller • I need to be able to in put different option for customers to select eg small, medium large, vanilla, chocolate, orange, 5kg, 8kg, 10kg. 10” (inches), 20cm… • Example - Selecting your size, • Need to be able to cope with various options • Small, Medium, large, extra Large, • 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 • 10-12, 14-16, 18-20 • Shoe sizes 5, 6, 7, 8, • 37, 38, 39, 40 • S, S+, M. M+, L, L+ • & International sizes

  4. VAT • VAT is not included in Bill sent to customers – this works for the listings pages. • No notification is sent to OOYO Sports (me) when someone purchases a product on line. This is important as I need to know when some has ordered something. & I need to get a copy of the invoice. SHIPPING • There is no facility to input shipping charges on the website Shipping charge are going to be affected by • how much was spent? • location • weight eg kettlebells / products > 30kg. Search ability of the shop facility for Brands and categories • Lifestyle sports recently launched a website where you can search by product type or by brand http://www.lifestylesports.com/en/restofworld/brands/helly-hansen/icat/brandshellyhanson/ • This needs to be scalable as I have already got up to 15 or so brands that span various categories. • Ideally I should just click a brand logo and all that brand’s products will appear. • I will also need to be able to search by category.
