Finance Rotation • The Finance rotation will train new college graduates for a career in Corporate Finance, by providing exposure to three key functional areas. • Accounts Payable • Audit • Inventory Control or Planning & Reporting • Rotation will last approximately 18 months. • At the end of the rotation, employees will be placed into a regular full-time position
Finance Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, or equivalent experience • Internship experience in accounting or finance preferred • Proven leadership abilities and demonstrated initiative • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Access • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and manage time to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Demonstrated organization and prioritization skills • Outstanding work ethic and a commitment to excellence
