  4. P Fund Register Before the system retrieves all the staff records based on the input searching criteria, the system will capture all the newly created, amended or deleted staff information from Staff / Staff Deployment Module automatically.

  5. Search Provident Fund Register Search Provident Fund Register Step 1. Click [Staff Cost]  [P Fund Register] from the left menu.

  6. Search Provident Fund Register Search Provident Fund Register Step 2. Enter the search criteria.

  7. Search Provident Fund Register Search Provident Fund Register Step 3. Click [Search] button.

  8. Maintain Provident Fund Register (Grant / Subsidized Schools Provident Fund Scheme) Grant / Subsidized Schoools PF Scheme Step 1. Click the Staff Code hyperlink to view / edit the detailed provident fund register records of the selected staff.
