Acquire and retain knowledge and skills in CPR and First Aid Training material design and variety is critical • Game-design application to CPR skill practice • Use of simulation to hone decision making in emergency situations • Online training will go beyond linear and branching programming to embrace adaptive course design, especially for refresher training • Event management will be included in instruction • Pit crew approach will be taught to lay rescuers in the workplace and the community • End-of-course “testing” via completing a hands-on scenario • Regular post-course reinforcement of skills via materials, emails, apps and team drills will be an integrated part of course delivery
