  2. Guidelines for Themes • Pick a theme with good contrast between text and color use. • Pick a color scheme that enhances your message, like red forr urgency, blue for health, green for nature, etc. • Chose an easy-to-read font theme.

  3. Guidelines for Master Pages • Modify Master Pages with info that shouuld appear on every page like a logo. • Add page numbers, presentation dates, and other identification info. • Make adjustments to the size or color of a font used throughout the presentation on the master page.

  4. Guidelines for Transitions • Choose a professional-looking transition, to enhance your presentation. • Stick to one transition choice for short presentations (under 8 pages) • If your presentation has sections, use one transition for sectioons, and another for basic page transitions.
