  3. Building • Area 5 canals • Double Story • Reading Hall on Ground Floor • Stack Room Hall on First Floor • Librarian’s Room and office on ground floor • Old newspaper record room, hindi section, children section etc. on First Floor.

  4. Collection • Total No. of Books above 33,000/- • Languages covered English, Hindi & Punjabi. • Newspapers Subscribed 11.

  5. Staff • Librarian-1 • Restorer-1 • Library Attendant-1 • Sweeper-cum-chowkidar-1

  6. Membership • Total Number over 3300. • Membership for residents of The District only. • No membership Fee. • Refundable Security of RS.500 for the General Public and Rs.250 for Punjab Govt. Employees. • Membership for a period only and needs to be reviewed from time to time.
