Device Reliability - Then • MX Currently Owns and Operates Over 1000 Units. • Initial Technical Problems Delayed Widespread Distribution Of Units. • Current Focus: Keep Long Haul Flights Equipped. • Panasonic and Interact Worked With MX To Resolve Most Issues.
Device Reliability - Now • Of The 1000 Units, MX Currently Has About 90% Of The Units In Operation. • Goal Is To Have 98% Reliability For These Devices. • The Current Focus Is Keeping 70% Of The Flights Equipped.
Infrastructure for Content Loading • MX Currently Has 2 Content Loading Stations. • Located In Mexico City + GDL. • Currently Only Loading Content In Mexico City Due To Issues With Loading Stations And Devices. • Once MX Reaches 98% Reliability, Content Loading Will Begin In GDL.
