  2. Accessing the CTS Services Catalog There are several ways to access the CTS Services Catalog • Access directly from your internet browser: CTS Service Catalog • Access the Catalog from the CTS Page of the DIR website • Access from your Customer Command and Control “C3” home page

  3. Home Page Elements • Search by: Category/Vendor • Getting Started Instructions • Need Help? • We want your feedback! Edit Footer (View > Header and Footer). Displays on all slides.

Getting Started • Browsing the Catalog • Click on the By Category or By Vendor radio buttons on the left panel to determine your search method • If the By Category radio button is selected, you must now select both a Service Area and a Vendor to complete your search criteria before clicking “Submit” • If the By Vendor radio button is selected, you must now select both a Service Area and a Category to complete your search criteria before clicking “Submit” • Once the search is completed, click the + or – to expand or compress the service view to see service related information • Options • Click one of the $ sign icons to view service features and pricing in either a PDF or Excel spreadsheet • Click the State of Texas icon on the right side of the screen to see geographical availability of the service

  6. Service Summary View • After refining your service criteria and clicking “submit,” a list of services matching your search criteria will appear.
