IFLA Vouchers Two types: Full voucher and Half voucher Full voucher: standard payment for one transaction i.e. one loan or photocopy of 15 pages Half voucher: to be used as extra payment for photocopies of > 15 pages Each voucher has a unique 6 digit number
IFLA Vouchers Re-usable plastic Full voucher valued at 8 euros Half voucher valued at 4 euros Unlimited validity so may be re-used
Obtaining Vouchers Contact Susan Schaepman at the IFLA office Susan.schaepman@ifla.org Number of vouchers required Your invoice address and delivery address for vouchers Minimum order is 100 euros
How to use the vouchers Identify the item required Find the libraries holding the item Match the holding libraries to the IFLA voucher participating list- http://www.ifla.org/VI/2/p1/partcpnt.htm Email holding library with bibliographical information and IFLA voucher number

Paying For The Supplied Item Place the voucher and printed copy of email in the item to be returned Retention photocopy: post printed copy of email and voucher Update your ILL management system with voucher number/s
Surplus Vouchers Redeem vouchers by sending them to IFLA HQ Refund of 8 euros for full voucher and 4 euros for half voucher Handling charge of 12 euros Redemption information: bank account name, account number etc
