Consumer Benefits of Utah Clicks • Consumers find the UAS convenient & easy to use. • Trips to multiple agency offices are minimized • Families can get redundant aspects of paperwork out of the way first, leaving time for more meaningful exchange during the actual interview process • Young parents may be more comfortable entering data via computer than telling their “life story” repeatedly to intake workers ©2006 - Utah State University
