This configuration will streamline the process of creating a print order for a product sold through the store and printed by the print shop. Customers will be charged for the product via the store order, while the print shop will be charged for the product cost. Create a print order template for the store product, assign it to the store product, and process the store order using your existing workflow process. Fulfill the store order with the items printed within the print order.

Objective This configuration will streamline the process of creating a print order for a product sold through the store and printed by the print shop. E.g. pre-designed forms. This process will charge the customer via the store order for the product. The product cost will be charged to the print shop with the option as a Charge or No Charge.
Create a Print Order Template for the Store Product Create a Print Order set to the quantity of the store product unit of measure. E.g. if unit of measure is a quantity of 25, set quantity on order to 25. Use the store product name as the Job Name for the print order. Create an order status for the templates. E.g. Store Form Templates Attach the file used to print the store product to the order. Make note of the print order number.
Store Order Work Flow Process the Store Order using your existing work flow process. Make note of the Print Order generated with the store product. Process the print order using your existing work flow process. Complete Print Order to internal Print Shop charge account. Fulfill the store order with the items printed within the Print Order.
