Rights and Responsibilities What you can and need to do as a Clark college Club
An ASCC club is entitled to: • The right to use the name of the college or ASCC in connection with the club’s own name • Facilities scheduling and use of space on the Clark College campuses • Use of the financial services provided by the college • New clubs receive $100 seed money • The right to conduct fundraising functions on campus and with use of the college name and ASCC when off campus • The opportunity to earn Club Service Funding
Its your job to… • Maintain Your Status as a Club! • In order to be considered an active ASCC club a representative from your club must attend at least four (4) club committee meetings per quarter and the club must turn in a Club Quarterly Report at the end of the quarter. • Failure to do so will result in you being un-chartered • Therefore, come to as many meetings as possible! • Remember, each individual may only represent and vote for one club at each meeting.
Beware! Clubs, New and Old… • If you fail to keep active status, you will have to re-charterduring the next quarter in order to continue to: • Hold events/activities • Earn Club Service Funding • Access your club’s account • Any questions should be directed to Club Coordinator at ascccc@clark.edu
